9. User Content

License Grant

By submitting content (reviews, photos, etc.) to our Service, you grant Evolou a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content.

Content Standards

User content must be accurate, lawful, and not infringe on any third-party rights.

10. Payment Terms

For Clinics

Clinics agree to pay for qualified leads as per our current pricing structure. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Refunds

Refunds for leads may be available in certain circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVOLOU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evolou, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
