Refund Policy



WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP! 

We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 60 days on all items that have not been opened or tampered with. If your item is damaged, please photograph the item and include a description of the fault in your return request. 

Please email our support team at support@evolu.com and we'll be happy to help you. In the subject related line of the support request, please enter your order number and date of purchase if possible. Refund or return requests without a valid order number will be ignored. You must have a valid order number to request a refund or return.  



1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a refund on unopened items within 60 days of the date that you receive your order. 

 

2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Although once the item has been return, the cost of the shipping method in which you paid for will be refunded. This refund only includes standard shipping methods. Express services will not be refunded. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option and via standard shipping of the most economical means. Note, Evolou will not be responsible for lost returns.Items delivered by your chosen shipping method will be your responsibility.  

Note: Please indicate "RETURN, NO DUTIES" on the package, otherwise the package may be returned back to you.

3. MAY I RETURN MY ORDER WITHOUT CONTACTING EVOLOU?

For any refunds or returns, you must contact or support team before a making any such request. Any items sent to us without contacting us cannot be guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages if you have return an item without first making contact. 

 

4. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the items were not opened. If your item was damaged and not operational, you must provide proof of these issues via email. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund.

Note: Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. For more information, we recommend to contact your credit card provider.
